Unused, unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

What can be returned

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened fragrance, skin care and personal care products can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives broken, leaking or isn't what you ordered, email hello@mahasutra.co within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

How to return

Email hello@mahasutra.co with your order number and the items you'd like to return, and we'll reply with the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
